The Esterházy agricultural estates around Lake Neusiedl and the surrounding area produce organic flour which is made into special bread using a traditional Pannonian recipe. Alessandri developed all aspects of the brand design including the Pannonier, Fürstenstangerl and Pannino brand names for Austria’s largest organic estate. The grounded earthiness of the products is juxtaposed with a particularly elegant visual language. A shared authenticity unites them.
