A name synonymous with charm, elegance and levity

Eisenstadt, Austria

Inevitably, Esterházy Wine created a sparkling rosé and dedicated it to the loveable court theatre director Graf Franz Esterházy (1717 – 1785), who left such an impression on the dramatist Hugo von Hofmannsthal that he used him as the template for the wonderful Quinquin in his famous libretto for Richard Strauss’s opera Der Rosenkavalier. Adopted from the parent brand, the characteristic loop in the E of Esterházy confirms the prosecco’s ties to the rest of the Esterházy portfolio.
