Greetings from Walt Whitman

Michael Mazo is Russian by birth, runs a winery in Virginia and just loves Walt Whitman. He has a lovely mother, a charming wife, a delightful daughter, and writes comic books and interminably long emails. In 2013, Cordula met the whole family in the USA, but the brand had already been established in 2009, entirely via telephone and numerous emails. No obstacle: Alessandri Design & Brand Manufacture nevertheless found a common wavelength: Whitman’s poetry on the wine labels blends seamlessly with the lovely landscape of Virginia’s vineyards. The coloured capsules around the bottle neck provide a cheerful, refreshing contrast.
