A global player in construction

Alpine Holding GmbH, together with Alpine Bau GmbH, formed a construction group based in Wals near Salzburg, whose capital was held by the Spanish FCC Group. For years, Alpine was Austria’s second-largest construction group, with a construction turnover of around €3.5 billion and 15,530 employees, operating internationally from the Middle East to the Far East. From 2006 to 2008, Alessandri Design was commissioned to conceptualise and design the annual reports for the construction giant. In this particular report, we illustrated the company’s global operations using a globe – and miniature figures of the kind familiar from model kits.
