Alessandri Design has collaborated on the Natural Wines range, employing the almost forgotten technique of ‘shredding’. We thought to ourselves – scalpel, please – that you can’t just cut around the body of the wine or the vine, but also the label. The collaboration was a success; in procedures lasting several hours, every single label was cut into strips and patched back together in a haphazard manner – thus turning every wine bottle into a coveted one-off.
