And the elements were made into a soup. And they called that soup Suppito. In truth, the name came from our captain, Hans Proschofsky. The idea of introducing the Viennese to healthy five elements cuisine came from Cordula\u2019s sister, Andrea Scholdan. The design for the restaurant in Vienna\u2019s Girardigasse was in safe hands with Mobimenti, Renate Allmayer-Beck\u2019s architectural studio. Suppito was on everyone\u2019s lips in the blink of an eye.
