Fine tuning for fine dining

Aelium, Austria

AELIUM, named after the Roman settlement of Aelium Cetium which is now the site of St. Pölten’s old town, is an absolute must for foodies. Together, the triumvirate of Rameder, Vogler and Essl – who all know each other from the Hofmeisterei Hirtzberger winery in the UNESCO World Heritige Wachau valley – run the city’s new fine dining hotspot with aplomb.

We’re there in spirit every day too, thanks to our corporate design contribution, which reflects the restaurant’s noble character down to the very last detail. Though Horace’s statement “Nunc est bibendum” has been added to the wine list as a call to action, it’s probably unnecessary given the outstanding varieties and effervescent champagne selection on offer.
