Harmony for chopsticks

Shiki, Austria

With Shiki, conductor and virtuoso violinist Joshi Hattori brought his vision of sophisticated Japanese high end cuisine to Vienna. Shiki is Japanese and means both “four seasons” and “conductor”. The ambience created by BEHF architects sets new international standards, and the head chef’s menu is a gentle crescendo punctuated by carefully nuanced notes.

Alessandri’s consciously understated branding adds the crowning glory to the sushi – traditional Japanese bookbinding inspired the ornamentation that runs through the corporate design.
