In just a few years, IST Austria has established itself as one of Austria’s best-equipped research centres. International diversity is key: professors, postgraduate students and postdocs come from every continent. The images in the annual report were taken directly on campus – from the well-attended lecture theatre to a glimpse of a notebook filled with notes. The visual style remains consistently classic and modern, offering a look over the researchers’ shoulders and thus showcasing science up close.
