Austria’s Culinary Heritage
EditorialIt’s all about schnitzel, Gugelhupf and goulash, cheese noodles and wine soup. Because recipes have been constantly evolving over the decades and national and regional cuisines are subject to dynamic changes, the Culinary Heritage Association wanted to document the current state of tradition at the turn of the millennium. We lovingly compiled the collection into a book and formally presented it to the National Library.
