The newly launched “Heritage Reserve” sparkling wine duo, marking the 165th anniversary of our long-standing client Kattus, can look back on a long heritage of festive traditions alongside the once-famous “Alte Reserve”, and in its current incarnation impresses with crisp freshness (white) and an exceptionally fruity, creamy mousse (rosé). Visually, the two “new reserves” combine the floral patterns typical of Kattus with pastel-coloured stylistic elements of the Belle Époque, evoking the company’s early days. (From personal experience, these two hand-picked Kattus twins are such charming and lively accompaniments to a meal that it is essential to always have one in reserve.)
